armory crate rgb issue /keyboard color changing issue

i was using the armory crate in asus tuf f15 FX507ZC4

i am updated the armory crate in  update center after update the keyboard light controls are not working in my laptop

color modes are not changing and colors are not changing in the keyboard ,only  brightness functions are working 

when i rollback to previous version of armory crate it working kindly helpme to resolve the issue plz

As I already wrote in the other thread, you should first install all the updates offered in ArmouryCrate, because they don't happen automatically.

So click "Update" and "All updates" to run the updates, as Armoury Crate 6.2.7.0 and newer are already available.

You've installed the latest update now. You can manually check for further updates in Armoury Craft under "Settings" and "Update Center."
You should do that. Sometimes additional updates only arrive later.

You should also restart your laptop. Don't use the fast startup option, but reboot properly so that everything is recognized.

It seems your keyboard's RGB isn't being recognized correctly.

Please also provide a screenshot of what's being recognized under "Devices" and "AuraSync."

I don't currently know what the solution is, as you haven't provided all the requested information.

Please read my post carefully again and provide the requested screenshots.

Furthermore, you should check whether "Fast Startup" is enabled and try disabling it in the power options.

With the information you've provided so far, it's very difficult to identify the cause of your problem.

Fab modes for the keyboard can be adjusted either in Armoury Crate under Aura Sync, which then applies to all RGB colors, or in Windows 11 under Settings/Personalization and then under Windows Dynamic Lighting. Your laptop keyboard should actually appear there if you're referring to the laptop keyboard and not an external one.

Since I don't use an Asus laptop myself, nor do I have an Asus keyboard that can display such RGB colors, I'm dependent on your information, just like every other user here trying to help.
