Armory Crate Not Updating Drivers Despite Multiple Attempts

Issue:
I'm encountering a persistent issue with Armory Crate where certain drivers, specifically the Intel Thunderbolt Driver and Realtek Audio Driver, remain outdated even after multiple update attempts.

Steps Taken:

  1. Selected the outdated drivers in Armory Crate and initiated the update process.
  2. Waited for the installation to complete and rebooted the system.
  3. Reopened Armory Crate to verify the updates, but the drivers still show as outdated (same previous version).
  4. Repeated the process a few times, ensuring proper installation and restarts, yet the issue persists.

It seems like Armory Crate is not properly recognizing the updated drivers, or the installation is not actually applying the newer versions. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any solutions or workarounds would be greatly appreciated.

I would download the drivers directly from your motherboard's website and install them accordingly.
You should also find the latest drivers there, because that's the only thing ArmouryCrate uses.

I don't know why ArmouryCrate doesn't do that, unfortunately.
Do you get various error messages in the reliability history and event log when ArmouryCrate doesn't perform the update?
