Armory Crate Macro not working problem.

Hello. These days I bought the ASUS ROG Keris wired gaming mouse. But even though I assigned a macro from the macro settings, the macro does not work when I press the button. No matter what I tried, I couldn't solve this problem. Is there anyone who can help? Thanks.

Asus ROG Chakram X the same issue. I tried full factory Windows reset but it did helped. Reinstalled Armory Crate multiple times (used uninstaller from Asus), restarted PC - no luck.

Hello again. I don't know if this was exactly the problem, but I plugged the device into a different USB port and the problem was solved.

Unfortunately it does not work for me. I tried on RF 2.4 GHz, USB(wired connection) also tried on another PC. No luck...
