Armory Crate, does not save fan profile, created profiles disappear ever.

Having spoken to the team, they target to resolve this in the forthcoming Fan Xpert HTML update

Also, profiles with fan settings are not saved - or rather, they are saved, but after restarting the PC, all profiles disappear (
I hope ASUS will fix this in the next update

After checking internally, it appears this update doesn’t address the particular issue. The team is still working on it. I’ll update the thread if I’m able to get an ETA.

I was happy too early - after the next restart, all the profiles disappeared again, this is trash

Let's see if the created profiles continued to exist after exiting/restarting the PC

I found a workaround, first make a profile backup using armory crate, user center, backup and restore and backup your profile after you saved your fan expert profile curves. After you do that and after a restart when you cannot see your fan expert profiles, go to user center restore your profile, the next step is to go services in windows settings and restart the armoury crate services. After you do that you will be able to access your fan expert expert till the next restart 🙂 . This is a workaround that will help not to restart the pc every time you want to chose another fan expert profile.
