Do you have any devices that has the Anime Matrix feature?

Check your device is not in sleep mode.

Yes, I'm using ROG Zephyurs 2020 G14, previously I normally used Anime Matrix, is this because of an update?

how to check sleep mode?

I was wondering what Anime Matrix device you have, since you have a laptop, it couldn't have been asleep when you took the screenshot.

The Red N usually means there is an update, you can try checking for updates at the Armoury Crate update center.

If this doesn't help, try uninstalling and reinstalling Armoury Crate.

Use the Armoury Crate uninstall tool. In the link, click "Show all" in blue, the uninstall tool is the 3rd download. -  Armoury Crate - Support (asus.com)

Reboot your laptop and install Armoury Crate version 3.2.9.1. Under software and Utility click "Show all" in blue, it's the 4th download. -  ROG Zephyrus G14 - Support (asus.com)
