I got this error when updating the software and don't know how to handle it, please help me

Have you got any firewall set on your router that could be blocking this?

Its just me reading the error you posted. You can try the uninstall tool as well. Then try again.

I did, even turn off the window security, and it's still error 😭😭😭

There is a lot similar errors on the forum, have you tried the uninstall tool?

Today I tried again and it was working. I am 100% sure it had nothing to do with any firewall or other security settings. It must have been an error on Asus's side like a server or something.

Regardless, it's working now.
