After Update Lags all peripherals and no option for system settings

After the update, my entire computer runs as if there is a 4-5 second delay. The system settings menu is completely empty. I uninstalled and reinstalled it three times, but nothing changed. When I uninstall it, everything works fine, and it was working fine before the update. The Armoury Crate update ruined everything.

Same. Since the update windows is freezing every time a armour crate service is in task. Finds my motherboard but I can’t do nothing: he wants an update which he already did before or error h1004. This Amelie crate became a nightmare for me.
