When it happens my dashboard is empty, but it still shows the mainboard in the devices tab. My fan expert and aura sync for mainboard and its component are gone. But whenever I do a restart then, everything will be back to normal. It's a bit annoying. My solution right now is do a restart every time I turn on the computer. Is there a way to fix my case?
I did reinstall the AC but it's still the same.

Some information about your hardware would be great.
How long has this problem been occurring?
What was done to your PC (installed/uninstalled anything) before the problem started?
In recent days, an update to Nvidia GPU driver version 591.44 caused similar issues.
The solution was to manually check for updates several times in Armoury Crate via Settings/Update Center and allow them to install.
Two updates should be displayed consecutively, both available for Armoury Crate since December 8, 2025.

I think it has been occurring for a month.
I think I only updated Armory Crate (the Check for update button) and didn't install or uninstall anything else.
And my Nvidia GPU driver version is 581.80 at the moment so I think it didn't cause the issues.
My specs are: i5 14400F, B760M TUF PLUS WIFI D4, 32GB RAM, P3 Crucial 1TB and a MSI 1050ti.
Thank you.

Hmm, then something seems to be wrong with your entire ArmouryCrate installation.
Are there any entries in the Windows Reliability History?
Possibly related to LightingService.exe, etc. (important for RGB).
If so, it's because the service is no longer starting.
Your graphics card isn't supported by ArmouryCrate anyway, nor by the current Nvidia driver 591.44.
I would first run the following commands one after the other in the command prompt (CMD), running as administrator, and check your system:
1) sfc /Scannow
2) Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
3) Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
4) Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
If that doesn't help, the only remaining option is a complete uninstallation of ArmouryCrate using the uninstaller 2.3.4.0, which you can find on your motherboard's support page. Restart your PC and then install ArmouryCrate using the latest installer (version 6.3.6.0).
Afterward, manually check for updates in ArmouryCrate several times. It should now work again.
I had a similar problem with ArmouryCrate version 6.1.18.0.

I think I know why. I had previously turned off fast startup (it's enabled by default), and that's probably when the problem started. I turned that option back on yesterday, and after a few attempts to turn the PC on and off, I think everything is back to normal. Thanks for your help ❤️

Do you mean the Fast Startup setting in the UEFI or Windows?
In the UEFI, this setting prevents hardware initialization from being performed on every startup, if enabled (default).
In Windows, however, this setting prevents the PC from fully shutting down, instead putting it into standby mode. This means it will return to the same point on every subsequent startup. Windows is not rebooted.
I always have Fast Startup disabled in Windows, as well as standby mode, etc., because I always shut down my PC completely.
I only have this setting enabled in the UEFI, which is perfectly sufficient.
It's very unlikely that this setting caused your problem, as it has nothing to do with Armoury Crate and doesn't interfere with it.
But if enabling this option solved your problem, then everything is fine.😊

A few weeks ago, I read somewhere that fast startup in Windows could harm my computer, so I turned it off. Yesterday, when I asked ChatGPT about Armory Crate's problem, I was told to turn fast startup off, but when I checked the settings, I saw it was already off, so I turned its back on, and strangely enough, it worked normally again. I don't know how but if it works, it works😃
I really appreciate your help. Thank you so much ❤️

ChatGPT told you nonsense.😉
Fast Startup doesn't harm your PC.
It was designed in Windows/Power Options so that the PC doesn't completely shut down, but rather enters a kind of standby mode, ready to start up again immediately upon the next boot.
"Windows Fast Startup speeds up the boot process by saving the system kernel and drivers to a file (hiberfil.sys) during shutdown and loading them again on the next boot, similar to hibernation, but without user data."
With Fast Startup enabled, the PC actually stays powered on. You can see this if you try to "shut down" and various LEDs or RGB lighting remain illuminated, and if the PC returns to the desktop within 1-5 seconds on subsequent boot.
With Fast Startup disabled, Windows shuts down completely, including the power supply, so that everything is indeed off.
However, it's important to understand the difference between Fast Startup in the UEFI/BIOS and in Windows/Power Settings.
These two things need to be considered differently, as I already mentioned earlier.
Since your problem is solved, I hope you continue to enjoy using your PC.😊
