I have just noticed this too I had it all working the way I wanted it and then I did the update and the gpu temp source has now been removed.
Tried a clean instal of Amory but this feature looks to have been removed. Maybe you have to now have an Asus card with the extra fan headers to be able to sync with your case fans.
