VRM cooling on 390x

Retired
Not applicable
I have bought used 390x (non-Strix card, ASUS R9 390X-DC2-8GD5 I think; not even listed on Asus website for some weird reason) today, and the temperatures are just ridiculous. VRM1 went up to 112°C within 5 minutes of Furmark (I am aware normal gaming will never push it that far, but that's not the point).

I'd like to change the cooler, I would most probably buy NZXT Kraken, but I am worried about the VRMs. There is a small heatsink on them which is not part of the main cooler, but I doubt it would be enough.

Do you think the heatsink from Gelid meant for 290x would fit on this particular card? It seems like the VRM area of 290x and 390x is similar if not the same. What do you think?

The other alternative would be Arctic Accelero Hybrid III-140 - the heatsink looks massive and awesome, but again: I am worried about it fitting.

ARCTic cooling is more better , but modding may lose warranty , must be carefully
