Hi,
I have recently come into a problem with the left fan in my strix RX 470. The fan has started to spin alot slower than the on to the right of it, it stops every so often and vibrates slightly when stopping. Is this something that would require me to get a replacement fan or an new cooler entirely?

The Fan still increases in the same ratio as the fully working fan does, its just that the lowest speed and highest speed are alot lower than the fully working one. For example say the working fan is at 1000 RPM and the faulty one is at 500 RPM, if the working one was to go to 500 RPM the faulty one would run at 250rpm. Those numbers arnt precise but its an idication as to whats happening, the sudden holts when stopping combined with the vibration makes me feel like i just need a new fan.
