Radeon 7970 DC2 Top issue

Recently, I bought this graphic for my 6 monitors. It was working with 6 monitors, however after a week, it suddently stop working with. The graphic card only able to display 3 monitors instead of 6 and it give an error message saying error on display port and is not supported resolution. Any solution for this problem?


This is my first post. I'm not sure if this correct thread.

What have you changed in your OS? Did you update drivers?

I manage to run 5 monitors at the moment. I found bottom left active DP doesn't give any signal to. I did swap the cables and make sure that monitors are working properly and check the button for 6 monitors feature. I also did reinstall and download latest drivers for the graphic card. All monitors suddenly give black screen and after I restart my computer, the 6th monitor doesn't work anymore. I currently using windows 8 as my OS.

p.s. I'm using sappahire DP active to DVI converter
