I can't really speak for XFX's capabilities for its HD6850 ;), but you can try downloading GPU Tweak which should work with it. You can't do it with AI Suite as that's designed for the ASUS motherboard.

Currently it's in beta but it will be launched properly next week so there might be a few bugs in the existing version. Click on advanced mode in the bottom left-hand corner and you will get voltage tweaking options too. Play around with the software and learn it - it's got quite a few features!

Also I have read some great articles lately (yesterday) from Several Overclocking people that with a little change in the MSI Afterburner's configuration it with work with all cards...I have tried it on my cards which are EVGA's and it worked perfect...my 9800gtx+'s went up an additional bit and when I did my Wife's EVGA Geforce GT430 I got almost a 25% rise out of it...EVGA's own utility would only allow her's a 25mhx core and 50mhz memory rise where Afterburner gave me a 200mhz core and 1500mhz memory boost....Yes I know there nVidia cards but my new ATI/AMD's won't be in till April....so I couldn't test the Core Voltage Mod yet...sorry
