Ever since I rollback my GPU drivers a couple of days ago due to an issue in DaVinci Resolve, my graphics start acting bad like flickers, artifacts appearing and windows filling with black color similar to this:

But the solution there did not fix my GPU. It's actually not the AMD driver but RTSS which caused the issue in Resolve, so I use DDU again and installed the latest driver but still having the same issue. I went on a journey doing stuff even uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers multiple times, I reinstalled windows too many times, reseated the GPU, checked RAM, disabled fast boot in my ASUS TUF motherboard, and all that. My AMD drivers still won't install correctly, my initial thought was windows interfering but I already took care of that by disconnecting from the internet and changing it in the Group Policy.
It's a driver issue because when I go into the device manager to check on my drivers, it shows this:

Now, every time I use DDU and reinstall drivers it's always a different oem# listed but always the same "amduw23g" that is failing or not starting.
My last solution was to check the VBIOS, I used GPU-Z to save my BIOS to file, as well submit to the online database, idk if its normal that it marks it as an unverified BIOS file, but it does, so I pressed the "Find Compatible BIOS" and downloaded a similar one hoping to reflash it using AMDVBFlash. But there is a problem detecting my GPU.
I also tried the DOS version but it outputs "Adapter not found"
The funny thing is that this card is working fine, it's just that the drivers are failing. I tried several GPU tests to see if its a dying card or hardware issue. I ran Furmark to the max for 20 minutes, and it was flawless. No artifacts, no thermal throttling as its max temp is 72C, etc.
The problem is that no matter what version of driver I try to install, it just wont load properly causing issues similar to the ones I linked beforehand from Reddit. Also the DUAL BIOS switch P and Q on the motherboard shows no effect whatsoever.
I am looking for help or insights on this matter
