How to set quiet mode on the PCB according to step 1 below. I can see two arrows on a label at the graphic card
(Performance mode <= => Quiet mode) but I cant find any switch. What have I missed ?

Guide:
1. Switch to Quiet mode BIOS (Q mode) on the videocard PCB before booting the PC.
2. Boot PC into Windows.
3. Unzip the file.
4. Click the tool executable to update VBIOS.
5. The system will reboot automatically, and the Q mode BIOS will be updated.
6. Shut down the PC.
7. Switch to Performance mode BIOS (P mode) on the videocard PCB before booting the PC.
8. Boot PC into Windows.
9. Click the tool executable to update VBIOS.
10. The system will reboot automatically, and the P mode BIOS will be updated.
