There are no responses to this because you are building a PC from the Cheap seats.
Your CPU is 3 generations old locked CPU that doesn't even have hyper threading. Should have gone I7 7600K in the least.
Ram is very minimal, should be at least 16GB.
1 460W power supply wont drive a decent graphics card and everything else
Not to be rude but nothing is your specs is remotely related to the concept "Gaming PC" and $120 wont buy a ticket to the nose bleed section of a high school game. Ok for web surfing and office type tasks but Im afraid thats about the extent of it.

To play any modern game at even reduced settings your gonna need to up the GPU budget to at least the $300 range. Full settings is gonna go near $800 for just the GPU. Ultra? Thats going to take two $800 cards in SLI for Nvida or Crossfire for AMD

Best advice I can offer is if you can return what you have and save up and start over.

The case might be a good thing to keep depending on which one you got. the 540 air and 740 air are quite decent cases. The smaller ones will tend to hold too much heat.

Again, not trying to be rude or condescending, just honest. I wish I could point you to $100 card that was a performer, Id buy 4 of them! We all wish we could build a kick a$$ rig for $500 but the reality of it is, its not gonna happen. See a lot of folks that try the budget minded approach and end up wasting money trying to save it. Research some other user specs and what kind of games they play then shop the parts for the best deal and look for specials, especially this time of the year and even better from Dec 26- Dec31st!!

So what PC would you like to suggest under $1200?

I recommend abstinence from gaming. Ever tried pleasures of the flesh? Although the more you fall in love, the more expensive that gets, too.
I'd like to deploy my troops in her country.
