I'm in the same situation, too. Had to RMA my card and only got it two weeks ago. Arrived at the RMA center Wednesday, 4/12.
Did extensive testing to resolve the issue. Re-seated everything, checked connections, updated motherboard BIOS, uninstalled and fresh installed drivers with DDU, Replaced my PSU to see if the old one was the problem, and it wasn't. No online troubleshooting solved the problems with the crashing error (usually a grey screen)--so I'm positive it's the card.
Also, I bought it off of Newegg, and the past 7 or so reviews have been 1/5 and 2/5, so this is becoming quite an issue for others:

Unfortunately, there are no BIOS updates for this particular card and it's unstable. Some have reported that they received a replacement card to fix the problem, and some went further and said even the replacement was an issue.
Hopefully on the RMA that I currently have in progress--noted as "Material/spare part(s) shortage. Item is on order and/or incoming"--means that it will be replaced with a working model, so I'll let you know what I can when I receive whatever they send back.
