I have never thought asus will do like this. I have been asus customer for more than 10 years its pathetic that i got a worn out graphics card in return of my brand new (only used few times) graphics card i even Haven't peled off the back glass paper the time i submitted the graphics card for rma. The card asus gave me is full of dust, scratches and rust. Including the memory modules.
