I just noticed in MyAsus there is a new BIOS release for the X870E E-Gaming.
...So, uhhh, who is going first??

If thats the Turbo Game mode you mean, if I recall, its a setting more useful for the dual CCD X3D chips where they have the X3D cache only on 1 chip, so essentially making them a 6 or 8 core part for gaming without having to rely on software to do it. I think that it now also disables multithreading, which can help in the few games that perform better with it off. Its a trial and error thing on top of if the hassle of having to go into the bios to change it is worth the performance improvement.
It seems to me at least, to be one of those nicer to have than not, but also not something I am likely to use.

Hi guys, I'd like to say that there's a new BIOS version 0804, but for me everything remains exactly the same, Q Code 4F for a few moments after 31, if I use them at 6000, it retrains the memories every time I restart the PC, for this reason I use them at 5200 and it doesn't matter what speed I use them at, except for the messages I indicate and the slowness when turning on due to the retraining, everything seems to work very well. I built a PC for my daughter for Christmas, Intel Z790 and everything works perfectly with the memories. I'm beginning to suspect that maybe it's the 7950X3D processor. I hope things go better for you.

There is an feature for thew 7900X3D and 7950X3D that allows the X3D CCD to be used.... Turbo Game Mode. Have you played with that feature??

I will try that setting. By the way, I was reading the manual and it says Q Code 31 is "Memory Installed" and 4F is "DXE IPL is started". So, it seems to me that these messages should not be considered as errors but as information about the boot process. However, the only thing that remains without a direct solution is the retraining of the memories, every time the PC is restarted, if we use them overclocked. I know of these options to avoid retraining, but in other versions they generated instability, does anyone know if this has improved? How can we avoid the retraining of the memories every time we use them overclocked?

No, just a terrible mb (Would said brand because other mb got issue too, because it's pretty the same bios for different product), issue range to 7800x3d, 7950x3d even 9800x3d and no x3d variante.
Sometime, solutions do exist, but they vary from one motherboard to another, and so need lot of personnal time and luck. I would advise to chance it for another brand if you have the courage to redo your configuration. At least have 0 support on forum make possible to said the true, nice I suppose.

After more research I think the new AGESA, introduced with BIOS 0706 is to blame for the EXPO issues/instabilities/failure to post. Either way, Asus should fix this and make sure QVL RAM works out of the gate when EXPO is enabled. Please report your issue directly to Asus, I did, and that should hopefully make them look into it.

Hi everyone, does anyone have problems with the USB ports? I have this Rog Strix x870e-e gaming wifi, I bought it in October but just installed it a few days ago, and I just found this peculiar problem that when transferring files via USB, the data transfer seems like a roller coaster, doing tests with a USB 3.2 gen 1 memory, it goes up to 130MB / s and drops again to a miserable 0.87MB / s and then the speed goes up again, in short, the transfer is not constant, I have already tried with other USB memories and a portable disk, with the same result, could someone help me or know what to do to fix it? I must clarify that I have already installed the firmware update from the support site for the board but with the same result, and my bios version is 0606, Thx

There is a USB firmware that fixes this issue.
I had this same problem but the firmware resolved it.

Hi, that Firmware is not on the support page of the "ROG STRIX X870E-E GAMING WIFI" only this one that I already installed but it still gives the same result:
