X870E-E Audio Driver question

since there is no explanation I am confused which one should I install, what's the difference between these audio drivers? 

their version no same and both of them 154.7 mb

thank you and sorry for my late reply. I'm aware of that thread but it looks kind of complicated for me. all I need to know is difference between those audio drivers. it doesn't look like a simple version difference.  please check my screenshot, so you can see it's not just one of them up to date.
