Undervolting not working with X870e-e and 9800x3d

I have a question about undervolting my cpu with the new asus x870e-e motherboard bios 1003 and the 9800x3d.

Let me break it down to what I did with my b650e and b850 motherboard with the amd9800x3d where my best settings that would work.

AI Overclock Tuner = from 'Auto' to 'Manual'

CPU Core Ratio = from 'Auto' to 'CPU Core Ratio'

CPU Core Ratio = from 'Auto' to '50'

CPU Load Line Calibration = from 'Auto' to 'Level 8'

CPU Power Duty Control = from 'Auto' to 'T.Probe'

CPU Power Phase Control = from 'Auto' to 'Extreme'

CPU Core Voltage = from 'Auto' to 'Manual'

CPU Core Voltage Override = from 'Auto' to '0.975 Volt'

CPU SOC Voltage = from 'Auto' to 'Manual'

SOC Voltage Override = from 'Auto' to '1.050 Volt'

CPU VDDIO Voltage = from 'Auto' to '1.14 Volt'

Misc Voltage = from 'Auto' to 'Manual'

Misc Voltage Override = from 'Auto' to '0.700 Volt'

VDDP Voltage = from 'Auto' to '0.800 Volt'

VDDG CCD Voltage = from 'Auto' to '0.900 Volt'

VDDG IOD Voltage = from 'Auto' to '0.900 Volt'

Firmware TPM Switch from 'Enable' to 'Disable'

These settings would work great where all cores would performe at 5ghz at 37 degrees in gaming all day long.

Now that I have a x870e-e Asus motherboard which btw b650e and b850 also where from Asus. Now that I have the Asus x870e-e motherboard can't get these settings to work. System won't boot and therefore I have to do a clear cmos and only whay to boot to Windows is by runnin stock settings. Load most optimized settings.

Is there new things a have to disable or enable with a x870e motherboard to get the undervolting working. Plz help
