Good evening
Just looking for a bit of advice/help
Just completed a build using an ASUS X870E motherboard coupled with a Ryzen 9800X3D, the case has 10 Corsair RX120 fans in total, 7 case and 3 on the AIO Titan 360 cooler, these are all connected using the Corsair icue link system within the case.
When I am within windows the fans are barely spinning, the CPU is running at about 40-45 degrees.
When I switch the machine on the fans will all spin at full speed until I get windows loaded and the icue software loads, they will then spin down to about 300 rpm.
If I leave the machine and it goes to sleep it does so quietly, however if i press the W+L key to lock the machine the fans will again speed up to full speed and will not stop until I log back in again.
I am certain it is an issue with either the board or bios as the fans will be going full speed even when I am in the bios, and you can imagine that when there are 10 of them the sound is deafening.
I have compared the bios settings with another X870E board a friend has and nothing is different.
Any suggestions would be appreciated

You will need to add temperature probes to the Commander in order to setup hardware fan curves. I have come across this exact thing.
Have you adjusted the settings in 'Device Memory Mode'? (see the attached picture) I am sure this will be the solution you are looking for. Remember to save the settings to the device!
I do not run iCue. I have everything saved to the memory of the devices (Commander, AIO pump, memory, case lighting, keyboard). Every month or so I open iCue, update, and carry on. It appears it is time to update! 🤣
