I have two SSDs (Crucial T500 with heatsink). One is installed in the M.2_2 slot. The other one is not recognized when installed in the M.2_3, but is recognized when installed in the M.2_1 slot. I have a graphics card in the PCIe 5.0 x16 slot. The PCIe 4.0 x16 slot, which shares bandwidth with the M.2_3, is empty. The SSDs are installed without the rubber bands placed underneath them because of the heatsinks. I was wondering if I need to change a setting in the BIOS to enable M.2_3. Thanks in advance!
