I updated to BIOS Version 1028. The update process seemed to complete successfully. On reboot it warned me to enter into BIOS to recovery. Thinking the error message was a fluke I saved and exited. Now POST is stuck on DRAM with a black screen.
I reset CMOS and was able to get into BIOS and I tried flashing the same BIOS over again, but the same error. I tried to Enabled BIOS rollback support but I cant get a successful reset to make that happen. BIOS Flashback doesn't seem to work with an older version of BIOS. The BIOS flashback light blinks 4 or 5 times, then goes solid. I tried two different USB flash drives plugged into the BIOS USB port, and renamed the bios file placing it on the root of the flash drive but same results. Any way to restore the previous version of BIOS other than using flashback?

Never mind. Apparently after waiting during the DRAM Stage of the boot process. After 10 mins it rebooted and now everything looks good...
