Hello, i just received today my TUF GAMING B850 PLUS WIFI & the AMD RYZEN 7 9800x3d along with Kingston 32GB DDR5 6000mhz ram.
i have installed 2 new nvme drives and my 9070 XT. when i boot the pc, there is no light on permanently on the debug panel.
I tried to connect my monitor via DP and HDMI both from my 9070 XT and the onboard HDMI and DP but all i get is no signal on my monitor. I tried 2 monitors btw, same thing, the pc starts up, rgb lights pop from the fans, fans spin, both GPU and CPU's.
I tried removing and booting without the GPU, same thing. Nothing changed. i even tried to boot with my old gpu gtx 1070. Still nothing.
I cleared CMOS
I updated the BIOS via the FlashBack usb function. Nothing. Please advice whats going on? First time an Asus motherboard buyer and i regret not going gigabyte again...

Tried re-seating CPU?
TBH any motherboard can have an issue.
I visit a lot of forums. Gigabyte biggest moan is long beta period for BIOS before stable released, some don't want to use beta and want stable release. Another user I saw only yesterday was trying to get screen shots of ASUS/ASRock/MSI motherboards setting x voltage for VDDIO/VDD/VDDQ as his Ggabyte board wouldn't go high enough, apparently Gigabyte support said they'd give a BIOS with higher voltage support if they could show other manufacturers allowed x voltages.
ASRock you only wanna google and see what has been happening with X3D CPUs on their boards. Again I saw a member on another forum say a past BIOS allowed them to set x VDD/VDDQ, newer BIOS doesn't allow it and they are now waiting for a new release.
