TestMem5 Errors on 6000MHz CL26 RAM – Need Help

Hello,

I’m using an Asus Crosshair X870E Apex motherboard and G.Skill Trident Z5 Royal Silver 6000 MHz CL28 RAM (model: F5-6000J2836G32GX2-TR5S).

My RAM timings are set as shown in the attached screenshot.

I’m getting errors in TestMem5 during stress testing.

I couldn’t get the system stable at CL26 with 1.48V, and I also tried CL26 with 1.46V, but that still resulted in errors.

I have the same board but standard g.skill 6000 CL30 m-die ram and just today got it up running.

I think some memory timings that need to be more lose to get it stable.

I have not done any karhu ramtest  testing but my old asus x670 extreme did run with same timings.

Hello, it passed both Karhu and TestMem5 without errors using the settings below. I will keep using it like this from now on.ram.pngtestmem5.png

On X870E Apex, running G.SKILL 6000CL26 2x16GB kit use the new Test BIOS 9902. The new test BIOS will auto detect memory kit, and auto set Group B ODT = 60 and also auto set CPU on Die Termination = 43.6.
