Sound Blaster AE-9 Not Dedected

I bought an Asus Rog Crosshair X870E motherboard and plugged it into the PCIEX16_2 slot, but it doesn't detect any sound cards.
I made the second slot gen1, gen2, gen3 via BIOS, but it still didn't work.
Please help. The latest bios version is currently installed (1504).

I experienced it because of wrong M.2 configuration. I had two M.2 RAID and used 2nd and 3rd slots. Therefore, PCIE_X16_2, where I installed the sound card, did not feed.

My problem was solved by sliding the M.2s to the 4th and 5th M.2 slots.

I have the same mobo and the same card, windows is not detecting it. I used up all the M2 slots except for M2_3 as stated in the documentation, as using both M2_2 and M2_3 will disable pciex_2 slot. Don't tell me I can't use M2_2 or M2_3 for PCIEX_2 slot to work??
