ROG STRIX X870E-E Q-Code 34/35/36/37 - Boots Windows

Upgraded bios, was there before upgrade as well.

Basically cycles 34/35/36( 37 less often)

After each CMOS flash stucks on Q-Code 15 for some time.

 

Build:

  • TUF 5080
  • 9800 x3d
  • GSkill Trident z5

If you had taken your time to read the motherboard manual you'd know what's going on, but pretty sure you didn't. 🙂

Those are no error codes. By default bios is set to show cpu-temps after successful boot.

About Q-code 15: It is also mentioned several times in the manual. It's no error, it's the mb doing it's "memory training" thing, and  takes it's time depending on the ammount of ram installed. Just let it do it's thing and you're good.

This is expected behaviour. On initial boot following a new install or clear CMOS, memory training (Q-Code 15) can take anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes depending on the memory configuration and UEFI version.
