ROG STRIX X870E-E GAMING WIFI 1715 BIOS

I recently updated my ROG STRIX X870E-E GAMING WIFI motherboard to BIOS version 1715. The update went smoothly, but I'm starting to find that my custom fan profiles that are set in BIOS fail, and the system defaults to full speeds for all fans and pumps. Changing the fan settings to what appear to be anything but the default causes this issue. I'm also unable to use Armoury Crate to change the fan settings, it gives me an error that it needs to be "updated" or that the system is busy. Am I the only one experiencing this behavior? Were custom fan profiles tested with this new BIOS update?

My custom fan profiles are working without any problems.

I do not use Armoury Crate so I can't say anything about that.

On the new bios, overclocking through fixed voltage stopped working, even at 1v and a frequency of 4.5, the aida fpu test showed 140+ and the temperature was 97+ degrees. On the old bios, this problem did not occur. Has anyone else encountered this issue?
