ROG Crosshair X870E Hero - CPU Voltage Issue

I just bought an X870E Hero with a 9950x3d. When booting I keep getting a CPU over voltage alarm. No matter what I manually set my CPU voltage to, it always reports as 2.264V. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
