Hello,
I'm experiencing a consistent issue with my ROG CROSSHAIR X670E HERO motherboard (BIOS version 1512). When I enable EXPO (DOCP I or II) in the BIOS, the system will run for about 15 minutes while testing or gaming, then it shuts off and shows Q-Code 00. The system works perfectly fine when EXPO is disabled and the RAM runs
Troubleshooting Steps Taken:
Updated BIOS to version 1512 via USB Flashback.
Cleared CMOS and reloaded BIOS defaults.
Tried both DOCP I and DOCP II profiles.
Reseated CPU and RAM; tested RAM individually in each DIMM slot.
Verified RAM (F5-6000J2636H32GX2-TZ5NR) is on the QVL for this board and CPU.
Swapped in a second, compatible RAM kit — issue remained.
Swapped in a different PSU — same result.
All components (CPU, RAM kits, PSU) work without any issues on another AM5 motherboard.
Verified CPU is properly seated and cooler installed correctly.
Are there any suggestions on what I can try, or is the motherboard beyond repair?
