Hi,
few weeks ago I did a format C: and a fresh Windows installation on my STRIX X870E-E GAMING WIFI. After installing all the drivers from the support website, I was still missing a driver for:
AMD I2C Controller (Device ACPI\RTK5452), now shown as Realtek UcmCX Client Device
There were no such drivers for the MB on the support website.
In the end I installed the UCM Client Peripheral Driver V1.3.8.17 for Windows 11 64-bit.(WHQL) for the CROSSHAIR X870E HERO and violá....no more Unknown device and everything running as usual.
No clue, why this driver is missing from the STRIX support site *facepalm*
