Problem with USB C/USB4 - X870E-E Gaming WiFi

Hi Everyone,
hope someone can help.
I have Problems with the Connector from the Front USB C / USB Type 3.2 on the Board.
I get rid of the X670e Aorus Master and put in the X870E-E Gaming WiFi.
First i noticed that the X870E-E was a little bit bend when it lay flat on the Table but didnt think much about it.
So i put my 7950X3D on it, throw my NVMEs in it and build everything into my Case.
Then i put all Cables as they should be (looked for the Notch on the USB C Cable and so on), started the System and installed a fresh Windows.

After every install and stuff was done i wanted to drive in my Simrig - which is Connected via the Front USB C - and there where no Recognition of the active USB Hub. So no of my Devices light up or anything.
Interesting, at first Switched the Cable from the Hub to the Front Usb with a brand new. Nothing.
Switched the cables back, went to the IO Panel and connected the USB C there directly. Bing - Windows found a bunch of "new" Stuff. So it has somehting to do with front USB.
The normal USB A a working fine, but USB C is not working. I thought maybe the USB C ist broken.
Took a Frontpanel out of another Case i had laying around, connected it to the MB and tested again to Plug in my USB SimRig Hub , nothing again. So i can assure that its the USB C Connector on the Board.

But than i noticed some wierd behavour. All of the Sudden my other USB Devices (2.0,3.0) started to do wierd things, like e.g. random disconnects, Lights of the Corsair Equipment (Connected via USB 2.0 Header on the Board) went out, Pump stops working.
After a Restart everything is fine again.
So it seems like the Board does recognise that something with the USB C is going on but cannot handle it.

Does anyone had similar issues? Is there an Update (Software or Firmware) or something that maybe can help?

Thanks for your Help.
