Hello,
I need some help regarding PCIe lane allocation on my ASUS ROG CROSSHAIR X870E HERO motherboard.
My configuration:
PCIEX16_1 slot: RTX 5090 GPU
PCIEX16_2 slot: ASUS XG-C100C 10G LAN card
M.2 SSDs installed in slots: M.2_1, M.2_2, M.2_4, and M.2_5
I want to know if this configuration fully utilizes all 16 PCIe lanes and whether all components (GPU, 10G LAN card, and four SSDs) can function simultaneously without any conflicts.
Currently, the XG-C100C LAN card is not detected in Windows 11.
Could anyone advise on how to properly configure this setup, or what might be causing the LAN card issue?
Thanks for your assistance!

Hey I have a similar issue with my Asus crosshair x870e hero motherboard I have 3 Samsung 9100 Gen 5 SSDs and a GPU. But when I Install my Elgato capture card 4k60 and keep PCIE 1 and 2 in Auto my capture card is not detected but when I keep PCIE in Auto but change PCIE 2 to 8x the capture card works and is detected but then I lose my other 2 SSDs. How do I fix this but still having my 3 SSDs and capture card working

Heya! You should read page 27 from the PDF manual. I cant copy paste, but it explains your issues (not issue but normal situation, it seems).

Thank you I got it fixed. The other issue I am
rinning into now is having 4 sticks of ram but when I put it on EXPO 1 it won’t boot but when I disable it and set the mhz manually it works I don’t get why because on my other pc that has the same MOB same ram I can set it to EXPO 1 the only difference there it has the 9900x3d instead of 9950x3d
