No post or USB power x870e-e

I can not get it he motherboard to post or any power to my usbs on the io. I am not getting any Q codes it just shows 00. Is there something I need to do. I have also updated to the newest firmware.

Bent pins in socket?  All plugs from psu attached ( 24 pin and 2 8 pins up tops)?  Cmos button to clear bios?

I have cleared CMOS. all the power connections are connected. I have also checked and I do not have any bent pins in the socket.

turn psu off and unplugged for a but maybe.  Usb re download bios and run bios renamer and set in bios flashback port in motherboard to reflash bios.

I upgraded to the newest BIOS already. I just do not get any power to any rear USB ports
