Help wth Crosshair x870e BTF

I have a Crosshair 870e BTF motherboard, and I'm unable to boot.  This is a brand new install with new CPU, new Corsair 6000 64GB dual sticks located in A2, B2.  Once I plug it all in, I get the memory light flashing with a q code of 00.  The lights flash and fans turn slowly until I turn it off and try again.

It has been updated to the latest bios, I've tried clearing CMOS, booting with and without memory, but nothing changes.

I've tried 2 different CPUs and neither change the way this board behaves.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Ok, I have now replaced the CPU with a fresh CPU 9800x3d and 32GB of GSKILL DDR5 and the behavior is the same.  Turns on, fans spin slowly, led lights flash, and the memory led blinks, with a qcode of 00.  The behaviour isn't changing.

Not sure what to try next.

Hello bobcat8400

The cpu power connectors are located on the back of the motherboard, make sure you have at least one of these populated.

Thank you, and both are connected.  I have a new 1000w PSU.  I thought that might be the problem at first, but double checked all the connections.

Did you try to boot it with ! stick of memory in the A2 slot?

I did.  I started by only using a single piece of memory to begin with, and I started in A2, then tried B2.  I've done the same with both the Corsair and Gskill.  I also, just reflashed the firmware thinking maybe it is outdated and doesn't support the memory or CPU, but that didn't change anything.

Double check the motherboard standoffs are installed.

Remove the cpu cooler and inspect the cpu socket for any bent or misaligned socket pins. You can take photos and post them here and we can take a look.

Standoffs are fine and tight.  Let me know if this comes across clear enough.  It was a bit dark when I took the photo.

Not sure if this will help, but here is a quick video of what it does upon powering it on.

Since you have already replaced the CPU and RAM, I would replace the motherboard as the next step.
