Just to let everyone know my experience setting up Dolby Atmos.
I went to Asus website and downloaded the Dolby Atmos Software for my motherboard (Asus ROG Crosshair Hero) from Asus Website.
Extracted the the Dolby Atmos Software in a folder and ran the AsusSeup.exe...
The setup runs silently in the background and the only way to know that it finished is to pop open the Task Manager and make sure AsusSetup is no longer running.
After installing the Atmos software head on over to the Microsoft Store and download the Dolby Access Program... This is basically a front end GUI for the Dolby Atmos Software that was downloaded from Asus.
After that you can setup headset, speakers, etc to use the Dolby Atmos.
Hope this helps anyone who might be confused with the non interactive and silent way the software is installed at the beginning.

you dont need the dolby access software if you got the oem dolby software from asus. you just go into windows sound settings to enable it. id recommend uninstalling dolby access

Correct you don't need the Dolby Access GUI but it has some extra sounds control in the Graphical Interface:
