I have Asus ROG Strix X870E-E Gaming Motherboard got it last month and had issues with bios 0706 and the recent one 0804 as the EXPO profile cannot be activated. This kept my DDR5 RAMs (32x2 GB) at default speed of 4800 and cannot reach to 6400.
Is it OK to rollback or downgrade the bios version to 0606 as I came to know it was very stable in which EXPO profile compatibility has no issue with bios 0606. Is there any harm to the Motherboard?

Is there any change if you go into BIOS, Enable Nitro Mode, and then Enable Robust Memory Training?
I have an X670E-A, and its current BIOS has changes like the X870E BIOS versions 0706 and 0804. Memory Training randomly fails a lot, which makes using EXPO (or changing any memory setting, really) rather difficult.
Since the issue with the BIOS seems that memory training fails, I was wondering if changing anything in BIOS to alter (or improve) how memory training works can help.
I downgraded the BIOS on my X670E-A to an older version to regain the ability to use EXPO and tweak memory (I'm not sure if you can on your board).
