Can't get my motherboard to work and worry it's broken !

I just bought STRIX X870-E with the new ryzen 7 9800x3d

I installed everything, along with Corsair Dominator Titanium RGB 64gb

When I start, the system doesn't show anything on the monitor and the small display shows C5

I tried updating bios and re-installing my RAM, I also tried installing just 1 ram unit on different socket - nothing

I checked other components, and I noticed that inside the CPU socket, there is something glinting.. Is my socked faulty ?

Is the pin the same height as the others?  If so, you could try to straighten it, or you may have to RMA unfortunately.
