Hello, I have a B850i motherboard with a Ryzen 5 8400F, a Samsung 990 Pro 1TB and an RTX 4060 Video card. These devices are housed in a LIAN LI A4H2OX4 housing.
My problem is that there is only a black image when restarting. When I turn it on, everything works fine, I only have this problem when I restart. It works well without a riser, in which case I do not experience any errors. After restarting, POST lights up white and does not continue.
What could be wrong? The latest BIOS is above.
