Received the B850-i last week and installed the official drivers from the website https://rog.asus.com/motherboards/rog-strix/rog-strix-b850-i-gaming-wifi/helpdesk_download/
The stock audio doesn't sound very crisp/clean and I tried to find the equalizer to fiddle with the settings. I'm not talking about the SPDIF. My speakers are connected using the audio-jacks.
No matter where I look, I cannot find the equalizer for the speaker.
I cannot find in Realtek Audio Control for my speakers (it show for the SPDIF)
I do not see the Enhancement Tab at all.
I tried it in Windows 11 PRO and now in Windows 10 PRO.
Anyone has some idea where I have to look to "enable" it?
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
The EQ is in your Dolby Access app :
Also, for information (If you are not satisfied with the audio drivers from your motherboard support page) :
You have an ASUS ROG Realtek|Dolby Atmos motherboard with ALC40xx codec, so :
You need Realtek USB Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS ROG RTK-Dolby) from the first post of this thread : [DRIVERS] Realtek USB Audio (AMD 5xx/6xx/8xx & Intel 5xx/6xx/7xx/8xx).

Thank you. I've been trying for hours now to get things to work to no avail. Terrible experience that I'm unable to install the Dolby Access without internet connection. After installation I start, but I only get a "page" with: DolbyAccess.ViewModels.DaxSoundOverlayContentViewmodel
I also tried the drivers you provided from the page. Same result. Searching the internet didn't give me anything useful.
Since this is a "fresh" install of Windows 10, I thought maybe installing Webview2 Runtime and Frameworks would fix it, but again the software gives me the same result. I'm at a loss atm. Any ideas where I can look?
Thanks

After multiple attempts of reinstalling the driver it magically worked... Well... I found a bunch of commercials on the app and I had to log into a MS account for me to be able to access it. Is this a joke? Why??? This is a 300 euro board and I have to give my credentials to Microsoft to be able to use a freaking EQ? Who came up with this crap!?
Used an X570i for a couple of years without me having to do such bullcrap.
Fortunately I have an old hotmail account which I used, because I have no choice!!! Guess what... Same result. Sorry, but I'm pissed off.

I give up.
Well, at least MS has linked my digital license to an old email that's not used and installed a bunch of random apps on my system. Great 👍

You can try installing Dolby drivers from laptops (they're compatible). DA should usually work after a reboot. You can try the Dolby Access OEM .appx file. You can also take extreme measures, like APO Driver 2.xx, and activate slightly older Dolby versions.
There are alternative ways to restore the equalizer in Realtek Audio Console. For example, I found that I can use the Zenbook (Ryzen) drivers on my Strix (Intel), or I can use the 12th-gen Intel driver and paste the 13th-gen libraries using Notepad, and the enhancement tabs will appear. But you'll have to roll back Windows to 23H2 and use the old Realtek Console .appx files.
Learn about AAF drivers; they're a whole new world for enthusiasts! You'll have to sacrifice the digital signature (sometimes you can do it without it). I understand your feelings about the unnecessary marketing components being pushed on you, but ASUS still leaves room for choice. New doesn't mean better!
