Does anyone know how to update/install this firmware and does it apply to my motherboard?

Hi!
I downloaded both to my desktop, both bios and firmware.
I also extracted the firmware package to my desktop and installed it by double-clicking. I took the bios to a USB stick and installed the BIOS flash via the USB port, twice already and the third time via the BIOS EZ-flash but my problems were not fixed, maybe when the next new bios is released.
