I have Asus X870E Hero with windows 11 25H
If I enable built-in Bluetooth, my headphones don't connect, or they connect and then disconnect.
The only way to get them to connect is to use the Asus BT400 adapter by disabling Bluetooth in the BIOS.
Why is this behavior?
I also say that the drivers are correctly installed, I also tried to uninstall them but the problem remains
I also tried other Bluetooth headphones but same problem
The headphones are new and compatible with Bluetooth 5.0 on the Asus Asus X870E Hero.
How can I fix this?
Thank
Hispa
