I just installed a new 9800x3d into a new asus tuf gaming x870 +wifi board. Every monitoring software I have (task manager, hwinfo, cpu-z, amd software, etc) shows that the CPU is always at 5.2GHz on all cores all the time and 100% CPU utilization all the time (even in safe mode with only windows running). This cannot happen since the 9800x3d boosts to 5.2 and temps/power usage do not indicate all cores could be operating like that. Are there known bugs or some solution to get the board to deliver the correct readings to my pc? All BIOS/drivers updated already.
