Hi guys,
I just bought the Asus Strix X870E-E Motherboard and I'm using it with AMD 9800X3D, but I have two major issues with this motherboard listed below:
1- 5GB LAN driver is not working, my PC cannot get an IP address from my Modem Router (Bell Giga Hub) when I install the driver (the latest one or even older version) but when I uninstall it the network works again and my pc got the IP address (but it works only with 2.5GB speed not 5GB), I tried to disable the Ethernet EEE but it does not work.
2- Bluetooth issue, I cannot connect my XBOX controller to the PC, the PC cannot discover any Bluetooth device (I tried all drivers versions that exist on Motherboard drivers page). Also my PC is not discoverable via Bluetooth (even I checked the check box "Allow Bluetooth devices to find this PC").
Bluetooth is enabled in the BIOS.
WIFI and Bluetooth antenna is connected.
FYI I'm using the latest drivers and Firmware and BIOS versions that exist on the Motherboard Drivers page.
OS:
Please is there any solutions for those issues ?
Thank you.

Hi there, I am also having the Bluetooth issue. I have tried reinstalling the Bluetooth driver and updating the Windows version to the latest version. Also tried to reboot the PC by holding the power button for 10s, then unplugging all wires for 30s. But none of these methods could let my PC detect any Bluetooth devices (phone, PS5 controller, headphone).
My specs are AMD 9950X3D, Asus Strix X870E-E, ASUS ROG ASTRAL 5080.
Has anyone overcome this issue? Any advice would be much appreciated.

Hey bro, I got the answer from reddit. My Bluetooth works after I plug in the antenna, which also comes with the motherboard box. Let me know if you need help!

No, it does not work for me even with the antenna. It's a driver problem or a Hardware issue (same thing with LAN 5GB ethernet, I don't have the 5GB speed, only the 2.5GB)
Thank you.

This thread did help me with my BT problem on the Asus Rog Strix x870E-E board. I was struggling to get any BT device (XBox Controller, Headphones) to connect. Plugging in WiFi antenna made BT devices recognizeable for me. I was concerned I was going to have to RMA the board...
