Was wondering if this would be a nice motherboard to go with my 7800x3d since my old mobo died last week (GIGABYTE X670 AORUS Elite AX) also was wondering how many nvme drives I can put into it before it starts to slow down my GPU.

The ROG Strix X870-A Gaming WiFi has 4 M.2 slots.

You can use slots 1,3,4.

Using the M.2_2 slot will drop the PCIE X16(G5) slot to x8.
