ASUS PRIME X670-P - Latest BIOS doesn't POST - Power LED blinks rapidly

I built a PC with this Mother Board during last week. The first time I tried to turn it on it didn't work, so I updated to the latest available BIOS (3056) and was able to start using my PC. On the first power cycle I noticed that the network device wasn't being detected for some reason, Tried several things without finding solution, and when I tried to re-flash the BIOS it stopped working completely, with the only output being the power led blinking rapidly.

Tried several things, removed the RAM and I got the proper speaker alert described on the manual, Same for the Video Card. Tried new RAM and didn't work. Finally tried different BIOS versions going backwards, and the first one that was able to work was the one from April 2024 (2613). The computer worked fine after flashing that BIOS, but when doing a power cycle I got the same problem with the network device not being detected. Tested several things, and found 2 things that consistently fixed this problem.

1) Reflashing BIOS 2613.
2) Opening the BIOS menu and then Save & Exit without making changes.

My questions are the following:
* Is if this is a known behavior for some component combination that could be fixed on a future BIOS update?
* Is this actually not the way it should work and I should a replacement since it's still under warranty? (assuming this will fix the problem)
* Could this be the work of an enemy Stand? Could this be caused by another faulty piece of hardware? Is there a way to verify this without requiring to get new hardware?

My specific build as reference (all new except Video Card and PSU):
* ASUS PRIME X670-P
* Ryzen 7 8700F
* 2x Kingston 32GB (KF560C36BBE-32)
* NVIDIA RTX 2060
* 850W PSU

Ended up replacing the motherboard since the shop received it, tested it and accepted to comply with the warranty.

New one worked fine after updating the BIOS 🙂
