Been trying to get my PC to stable since end of April. The PC will ALWAYS freeze after a couple of seconds of mouse stutter. I could also hear USB disconnecting sound when the mouse start stuttering. The PC would not completely frozen instantly, but slowly to become completely frozen. Pinging from another computer result in no response, so this is low level driver freeze, so event viewer also have no logging. NO BSOD as well.
The PC have no OC except choosing EXPO I on the ram @5600
CPU: Ryzen 9950x3D
Motherboard: Asus Creator X870E Wifi (newest bios on asus website)
Ram: CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB DDR5 RAM 96GB (2x48GB) 5600MHz CL40 Intel XMP iCUE Compatible Computer Memory - Black (CMH96GX5M2B5600C40)
SSD: Samsung 990 Pro 4TB
Video card: Gigabyte RTX 5090
power supply: 1200W Be Quiet! Straight Power 12 Modular PSU
Due to the frezzing, I reinstall windows 11 24H2 and 25H2 multiple time and limit to very minimal software installed. And only a usb headphone and usb stream deck+ is connected to the PC, nothing else.
I pretty much tried every single method on the Internet and nothing works. I have been battling with this freezing issue since end of April, so I really tried every single thing I can find on the Internet.
So, I have no idea what else I can do. The PC used to freeze every single day. After fresh Win 11 25H2 install with very limited software installed on my PC, the PC will last about 5 to 6 days before it freeze again. The PC only hang during very light load because I don't play games on my PC. OCCT passed CPU + GPU stress test, and memtest86 passed overnight test.
Since every single time when the PC is about to freeze, I will always hear USB disconnecting sound and then the mouse start suttering for 3 seocnds or so before it's completely frozen, that points to motherboard chipset on USB. Since the PC is completely frozen, I have no minidump to provide for troubleshooting.
Any help will be appreciated. This is very frustrating on such a high end PC that is not stable for even basic browsing.

There is a event report at the time of the frozen state when you enter back windows?

not very helpful in the event viewer, just have this after come back to windows
The previous system shutdown at 11:53:29 AM on 10/24/2025 was unexpected.
If the issue is ram, memtest86 should flag it though...
