Hello. I bought this motherboard about a week ago with a Ryzen 9 7950x processor. I have had nothing but issues with this motherboard.
Windows auto update, does not give drivers for this motherboard.
I downloaded all drivers off the official page. But no matter what I tried the bluetooth, and the ethernet drivers do not work.
I have really bad latency issues with this PC. Windows 10 shows event errors related to the LAN device on this computer. It's really getting on my nerves, I am at the point I want to return this motherboard.
Ethernet hardware manager:
Drivers for this device are not installed. Code 28. for the LAN ethernet.
Bluetooth hardware manager:
This device not working properly because windows cannot load drivers for this device error code 31.
Please this is urgent and I been working on this for a WEEK and failing miserably.

I thought i'd mention. I have the latest bios. I used ASUS Driverhub. I tried manually downloading each driver. I tried device manager and manually browsing files. I tried manually installing each driver. I tried windows updates.

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with the drivers
I would try installing Armoury Crate and installing the drivers through the app to see if that works
Also, there are a couple of posts with IAN driver problems take a look they might help

Despite the internet working. The network manager complains a driver is missing. As well as Bluetooth. It don't matter that I have latest bios and chipset drivers. It still wont fix the issue.
I do have a bluetooth dongle I use to fix that issue. But something seems off about the ethernet connection. It does not perform correctly. Yet on other computers and devices in my household the speed is 100% and no latency issues. Unlike this motherboard.

Did you fresh install your windows 10?
how you install your drivers can make a difference. Chipset then drivers. And use the drivers off the support page. Don’t expect windows to find and install the correct ones.

I assume this is using a fresh installation of Windows 10, yes?
I suggest:
