X670E Hero show QCode A0 on cold boot with black screen

Hi, i have had a problem free life with the x670e hero until i changed from a 7800x3d to a 9800x3d, now i have issues with cold boots, pc will not load into windows from cold boot at all, Qcode shows A0 and screen turns on with black background, all i have to do is to shut it off and on again and it works like normal. fast boot is disabled in windows aswell as hibernate. iGPU disabled in bios.

BIOS tested: 2506, 2604, with and without expo

Specs: 4090, 9800X3D,  2x WD SN850X 2TB (one with os), 1x Samsung 970 EVO+ 2TB, m.2 slots used: 2.2, 2.3 and 2.4, os is on the one thats through the cpu.

OS: Windows 11 Pro 24H2

would like to also add that only thing changed since the problem began is 7800x3d ->9800x3d and bios to the 9800x3d release bios.

Anyone else experienced this? its really annoying and would like it fixed, i have a feeling its bios x sn850x related. would love to hear any tips and or others with the same issue.

I think i have found a workaround if others have this problem and thats setting the m.2 pci e generation to the same as the drive you have in that slot, i did this a week ago and have not have any cold boots stuck on A0 anymore, i found this out by checking other motherboard manufactures if they also have this issue and the SN850X seems to be the common denominator since the release of the 9000X3D AGESA, i have seen people post this issue with ASRock, MSI and Gigabyte motherboards so seems like AMD did something wrong with the AGESA,
